When will my order be shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a notification via e-mail.
Our warehouse team works day and night to pack and ship orders, so you may receive the notification at any time of the day.
The notification contains a Track & Trace number you can use to track the package at UPS .


When will I receive my order?

As soon as you receive an order confirmation e-mail, we begin working to pack and ship your order. We work quickly to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. It typically takes 6-10 working days from the time we receive your order until you receive the shipment.


How are funds withdrawn from my account?

Payment for your order is not withdrawn until the order is shipped from our warehouse.


Can I change an order that I have already placed?

If the warehouse has not begun packing and shipping your order, you can send an e-mail to ordre@nupo.dk.

If you have received an e-mail with the message that your order has been shipped, you can place a new order and return the package for a full refund if you no longer want the goods ordered.


How can I return my order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging for a full refund.
