Raita

You’ll need:
250 g Greek yoghurt (2%)
½ cucumber
3 large tomatoes
1 large garlic clove
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
a little fresh ground pepper
How to prepare:
Cut the cucumber and tomato into small cubes. Mix them into the yoghurt and add grated garlic, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
