Step 1: 1 capsule of Burn My Fat – at any time of the day, to boost your fat metabolism.
Step 2: Before boarding your scheduled food excursions, take 2 capsules of Fill My Tummy approx. 30 min. before. Thereby you fill the stomach with calorie-free fibers and thus prevent overeating – while stabilizing the blood sugar.
