Nupo Diet On & Off

Eat regularly for some days and limit your calorie intake in others

Easy to maintain and keep up with

There are many good reasons for following an Off & On Nupo Diet. You may have already heard about the 5:2 diet or the 2:5 diet. The advantages are that on some days you can still enjoy all your favourite foods, and other days you consume only Nupo. You are ’On & Off’. This is more of a lifestyle than an actual diet because it can actually change your general attitude towards eating habits. It is very flexible and can easily be adjusted to everyone – both men and women. It is easy to maintain and to keep up with – so you can reach your overall weight goals.

What do you get?

With Nupo Diet On & Off you will have the opportunity to consume what you generally do, 5 days a week. Then for 2 days, you consume 6 Nupo Diet meals per day (shakes, soups and hotmeals) where the calorie intake is only around 800 calories.

Switch it around and use the 2:5 diet, then it goes without saying that you will experience a more efficient progress, because you will only consume approx. 800 calories per day in all of 5 days and only eat regular food in 2 days.

The days where you only consume Nupo will keep your weekly calorie intake at a low level.

Nupo Diet On & Off

When choosing On & Off, whether it is 5:2 or 2:5, you will have some days where you eat a regular diet. It’s individually what is considered ’regular’, but we recommend that you eat a healthy and varied diet consisting of lots of vegetables and fruits, as well as a good source of protein for every meal. Choose the carbohydrates with a high content of whole grains and dietary fibre and limit your intake of sweets and sugary foods.

Try to consume a maximum of 2000 kcal as a woman and approximately 2500 kcal as a man. Remember to drink 2-3 liters of water a day – every day!

On the five or two “fasting days” you follow the Nupo Diet regimen, where you consume 6 Nupo Diet meals a day (shakes, soups, hotmeals). In this way, you can ensure that you get all the necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that your body needs – while staying at approx. 800 kcal on these particular days.

Advantages of using the 5:2 or 2:5 diet

Many people choose this diet, because it is very flexible and easily adaptable into an everyday life. At the same time the diet does not have a lot of demands to what you should or should not eat. You can maintain a regular diet – except for either 2 or 5 days of fasting.

The advantages of fasting have been well-known for years and has become more and more popular – because it works! It is easy to maintain and easier to live with, even over long periods of time.
