What do you get?

If you choose the Nupo +10 points diet you will have a little more flexibility in your everyday life. On this diet you can combine a Nupo diet, where you consume 6 meals per day (shakes, soups or oatmeal) with +10 points that will make you consume approx. 1400 kcal per day.

We have put together a complete list for you – which makes it easy to see how many points different foods contain. You can see the list below.

This makes it easy to maintain your diet while enjoying a little more freedom when it comes to your food.

Nupo +10 is a diet that enables you to achieve a fast, safe and efficient process.

Fast and Efficient

Nupo Diet + 10 points simply consists of six Nupo Diet meals (shakes, soups, oatmeal) a day combined with 10 points from the Nupo Points List.

The points list is a tool to help you reach your goal weight and it provides all types of food-value in the form of points: 1 point = approx. 60 calories.
For example, the value of one apple = 1 point, which means that you can eat, for example, 10 apples a day in addition to the Nupo Diet. However, we do obviously not recommend that you choose 10 apples a day, but refer to the weekly plans with meal suggestions and recipes, which you will find here.

Whether you choose to follow our meal suggestions or choose 10 points from the Points List yourself, this type of Nupo diet is ideal for you, who wants flexibility as well as something to chew on while dieting.

Flexibility when using the Point List

The Point List shows you all food points. 1 point = approx. 60 kcal. You can eat a maximum of 10 points per day, together with your 6 Nupo Diet meals. When you have eaten 10 points worth of food, you’ll get approx. 600 kcal in addition to the approx. 800 kcal that you get from your Nupo Diet meals. The combined energy consumption will therefore be approx. 1400 kcal per day, which ensures that you still maintain an energy deficit and will therefore lose weight.

1 point = approx. 60 kcal
10 points = approx. 600 kcal
6 x Nupo Diet = approx. 800 kcal
6 x Nupo Diet = approx. 800 kcal
10 points = approx. 1400 kcal

You choose what you want to eat for your 10 points. We have made things easy for you, so that you know what food to choose to accompany your Nupo Diet. We have colour coded all the foods based on their calorie and carbohydrate content.

Green foods: Contains few calories and no/few carbohydrates

Blue foods: Contains some calories and no/few carbohydrates

Orange foods: Contains few calories and some carbohydrates

Red foods: Contains some calories and/or many carbohydrates

If you choose mostly green foods, you will get the most out of your diet as you can eat the largest amount of food while still remaining in ketosis.

If you choose blue foods, you will still benefit from being in ketosis, but should eat slightly smaller amounts.

The orange and red foods contain quite a few carbohydrates, therefore making you unable to benefit from being in ketosis.

It is completely up to you, what foods you choose for your 10 points, but we recommend that you eat mostly the green foods and a few of the blue foods, while you are on the Nupo Diet.

When you are finished with your diet and need to eat more regular food, you can eat the orange foods and include some of the red foods in the form of high-fibre carbohydrates.
