"During the diet, I didn’t exercise. My favourites were the tomato soup and all the shakes! In summer, I blended them with ice, which made them extra refreshing. I like to add Worcestershire sauce, lemon, salt and basil to the tomato soup.

The first week was a bit challenging, as I had cravings—even for foods I don’t normally eat—but the following two weeks were much easier. The results are great, and after a longer break I’ve decided to continue and reach my dream weight of 63 kg."
