Can I combine all 5 Slim Boost products at once?
Yes, you can, but some of them have similar effects in certain areas, so we recommend that you, for example, choose either Burn My Fat or Collagen, and not use both Calorie Fighter and Fat Fighter for the same meal. See below for how you can distribute the products throughout the day.
- In the morning: Take either Burn My Fat or Collagen. We recommend taking these in the morning as they contain caffeine.
- With breakfast: Take either Calorie Fighter or Fat Fighter. You can also take Fill My Tummy 30 minutes before the meal to achieve increased satiety.
- With lunch: Take either Calorie Fighter or Fat Fighter. You can also take Fill My Tummy 30 minutes before the meal to achieve increased satiety.
- With dinner: Take either Calorie Fighter or Fat Fighter. You can also take Fill My Tummy 30 minutes before the meal to achieve increased satiety.
- As needed: Take IBS if/when you experience IBS symptoms.
