Access and use of nupo.dk, as well as the products and services available on this site, are all subject to these terms and conditions of sale. By using the above-mentioned website, products and services, you automatically accept all terms and conditions of sale and use, which can be updated. Please check this page regularly and be aware of changes. Access to nupo.dk is permitted on a temporary basis. Nupo not liable if the website or its content, for whatever reason, are not available. By using nupo.dk, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions and you vouch for the accuracy of all data submitted by you.

After ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail, in which you will find all necessary information regarding returns and refunds. You will also find the currently applicable sales and shipping details on this page.

Nupo reserves the right to make changes without notice, including changes in prices, content, descriptions, terms, etc. Prices are subject to change and products may not be available. To purchase products from nupo.dk, you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank approved by Nupo ApS. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
After your order is approved, we will notify you via e-mail and we will confirm the identity of the company you have contracted.
When you have placed an order, you declare that all of the information you have provided is correct and accurate, and that you have paid with a card you legally possess and which has enough coverage to pay for the goods.
All of the prices on nupo.dk and nupo.com/en are in the applicable currency for the selected country.
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs can vary depending on the country to which the order will be sent. These changes will be shown clearly and included in the “Total cost”.
On nupo.dk and nupo.com/en you can pay with the following credit cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, MasterCard, Maestro, JBC and American Express.
We will charge the order total to your card when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
All the payment information you enter during the check-out process is instantly encrypted (SSL) and can only be seen by our payment provider, NETS A/S. Neither Nupo ApS nor any other parties have access to view your personal data.
All items are sent by GLS or UPS. Our goal is to deliver your order within 3 working days, but it may take up to 6 working days from order confirmation to delivery.
Nupo.dk is not liable for delays caused by GLS or other factors over which we have no control, such as extreme weather, shipping failure by a third party, etc., unless such liability is stipulated by Danish law.
After you have received your Nupo products, you must keep them out of direct sunlight and/or high temperatures.
We guarantee a minimum of 2 months shelf-life from the time of delivery unless stated otherwise.
Returns and refunds
Nupo.dk offers an extended return policy: You are eligible for a full refund on your nupo.dk order up to 30 days after the receipt of your order. You must simply return the products to us in their original packaging.
We will not exchange your order for other Nupo products or flavours, but we will refund the cost of these items (minus shipping).

If you want to return your order please note that the postage is on your expense.
As soon as we receive your returned merchandise, we will begin the refund process. It can take up to 10 working days from the day you return your order until you receive your refund.
The refund will be paid to the credit card or debit card you used to place your order.
Please note that you are responsible for your returned goods until confirmation of receipt by Nupo ApS. Therefore, we recommend that you use a postal service that provides insurance for the value of the products you are returning.
Protection of personal data
Nupo.dk never discloses information about our customers to third parties, unless required by law or as part of a service we offer you (e.g. arranging for shipment of your products to you), conducting credit and other security checks for customer research and profiling. We will never sell your name, address, e-mail address or other personal information to a third party without your permission.
Content on the website
Nupo reserves the right to disclose aggregate, anonymous statistics about the number of visitors to our website or the number of orders placed by visitors. We use an independent company to collect data about our visitors and for reading the codes and cookies found on nupo.dk. The cookies and codes both hold statistical information about visitors to the page in question, data about the visitor’s screen settings and other general information. Nupo.dk uses and stores this type of information to improve our service to our users and customers.
Nupo ApS, as addressed below, is the controller in regard to the “Personal Data Protection Act”. You have the right to obtain information on the data Nupo stores about you. This right can be exercised in accordance with the law and such enquiries can be sent to Nupo ApS:
